For delivery options nearest agent, parcel locker or home delivery, the order is normally delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders to the nearest agent, parcel locker and home delivery are notified via SMS.

Delivery
We deliver all orders free of charge within Sweden. If an item is sold out, out of stock or delivered later, you will be notified by email. You have the right to cancel your purchase if we do not ship your order on time.
If your package and/or contents are damaged in transit when you receive them, report it immediately at the location. If packages are lost during transport, you must notify our customer service within a reasonable time, approx. 2 weeks.

Philip Blank AB sends an order confirmation to the email address you provided before we send the goods to you.

You will be notified via e-mail or SMS when the package is available for collection in store. Remember to bring identification and the reference number for your package. Your package remains at the delivery point for 14 days. After 14 days, the package is returned to Philip Blank AB.

If an order is not picked up or acknowledged in time and if a shipment is returned to Philip Blank AB because an incorrect address has been entered, we will charge SEK 500 as compensation for shipping, administration, packaging and other overheads.
For orders with limited weight and volume, the method of delivery can be directly to your address against mandatory signature of the recipient.
Packages to agents: For orders to package agents, we use Postnord MyPack Collect.
When your order has arrived at Postnord’s delivery point, you will be notified.

Notification can take place in one of the following two ways, depending on whether we have a correct mobile phone number for you:

SMS notification to your mobile phone: The notification takes place on the same day that the package arrives at your delivery point.

Letter notification: When your package arrives at Postnord’s delivery point, a letter is sent to your home. Bring your wine and your ID to the designated pick-up location to redeem your order.

In order to pick up packages, you must be able to show valid identification. For pickup by someone other than the recipient, please contact us for more information or see information on Postnord’s website.

In the event of any delivery delays or final sales, you will be notified. If you are not satisfied with a new specified delivery date, you always have the right to cancel your order free of charge. We cannot offer any form of compensation due to a delivery delay or final sale.

Home delivery: For the delivery option ‘Home delivery’ which is specified at checkout. These options are shown as available only for the areas where our carriers can offer this service. It is not possible to choose these delivery options if you choose to pay by cash on delivery.

Our carriers will notify you via SMS and suggest a time for delivery. With these delivery options, you have the opportunity to influence the execution of the delivery, whereby additional costs may arise. In cases where your choices may create extra costs, this will be clearly communicated in the carrier’s interface and these are then handled as a business relationship between recipient and carrier. In order to deliver your order, you need to be able to show identification when receiving the order. If someone other than the recipient receives the delivery, you need to be prepared for the recipient’s ID to be presented as well. If delivery could not be carried out due to the recipient’s absence/unavailability, the shipment is returned to the carrier’s nearest terminal or the nearest parcel agent, whereby the recipient is notified of new delivery possibilities. If the shipment cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to Philip Blank AB and handled as a return order.
